About the event
Use this registration page to reserve a spot as a vendor for the RSG Gamer Flea Market event on Saturday, 11/18/23 from 11am-2pm.
VENDOR GENERAL INFO
Sell your new/gently used boardgames and tabletop gaming related items! Please keep the items you plan to sell gaming related.
Examples of items allowed to be sold include:
- new/gently used board games and puzzles priced at $5 and above
- tabletop miniatures (for games such as Warhammer, Star Wars Legion, BattleTech, etc.)
- collectibles (Funko Pops, dice, dice trays, dice towers, etc.)
- RPG player handbooks/adventure guides
- trading cards (for games such as Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh)
Examples of items that should not be sold at this event include:
- video games
- household items
This event is meant to help clear space for new gaming gear and not an opportunity to have a garage sale at the shop....
VENDOR RESERVATION OPTIONS
Standard - 10 spots available
Cost: $10 if 6 ft. table needs to be provided by RSG or $5 if bringing your own table (6 ft max size).
Set up directly in front of RSG store front or side alleyway next to gaming shop.
Plas pass covered for the rest of the day.
Vendors will be asked to maintain and keep clean their area during and after the event. You are also invited to stay and game the rest of the evening at the shop once the event is over!
- You will be responsible for doing your own comp research and pricing the items you wish to sell. We recommend vendors "price to sell". Remember that most people to come to a flea market, they are not looking for a particular item--they are looking for a good value.
- All items should be complete and in lightly used condition.
- Please secure sides of boardgames and boxes with painter's tape.
- Please label each item with your asking price on a label, index card or post it note clearly on the item.
- If your item is unique, is missing components or includes an expansion, please be sure to indicate that as a note on an index card/post-it note taped to the item as well.
- Sales transactions will be completed at the RSG register. The amount you will give RSG at the end of the event will either be the table fee or 20% of your total sales -- whichever is greater.
- All table vendors will be welcome to stay and play at the shop after the event. Your table fee includes your daily play pass!
If you have more than 20 items to sell, you will need to email us a spreadsheet with item names and your price list. Please send to email@example.com.

You are not required to RSVP for the event, but please feel free to invite your friends and family to come with you! All sales of vendor items related to and during the Gamers Flea Market event are FINAL.
