We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom prints/services

  • Perishable items

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • For any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund in the event of cancellation of orders containing pre-order items. 

  • Our Restocking Fees are implemented due to the need to sell product that has been ordered by us, because you have committed to purchasing said product. This product cannot be returned to our supplier, and so requires us to “restock” the item on our shelves once it comes in and resell it. This entire process involves multiple steps and man hours to complete. Thus a fee is implemented to help offset these obstacles.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time  (typically 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or 951-800-3525.

No Shipping - In Store Pick Up Only

  • Ready. Set. Game! only offers in-store pick up at this time. 

  • Ready. Set. Game! will not be shipping any online orders.  Orders must be picked up at our store within two weeks of product arrival.  We will notify you via email that your product is ready for pick up.  If you are unable to pick up your order in that time, you MUST communicate with us so we can make arrangements with you.

  • After the two week pick-up window passes and there has been no communication/effort from the purchaser, we may issue refund or a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee.
